Oh, Canada....Day one is in the books; it was a LONG day but successful. We are currently in Ontario, Canada at Niagara Falls. We got up around 4 am and hit the road for an early start. We made it to Niagara Falls with not much trouble and went to the American side first.  What an amazing sight! We started by jumping on a trolley to get to the Maid of the Mist boat ride.  Ponchos (Once again) not optional!!! After that, we went to the onservation deck to get a different view.  We spent a few more hours walking around and decided to go to our campsite in Canada.  Getting into Canada took a looooong time (no it wasn't because they wanted to deny Rob entry!!) The Rainbow Bridge was backed up, party because the border patrol was looking for someone and had part of the bridge closed.  Then, they checked our passports and we were in.  After eating and relaxing at the KOA for a bit, we went back to the Falls, this time to view them from the Canadian side.  Since it was now around 9 pm, the Falls were all lit up.

The Canadian side was very different; they have a whole long street, called Clifton Hill, that is lined with tourist attractions.  It reminded all of us of Times Square; lots of restaurants, lights and souvenier stores. We got back to our campsite around 11:30 pm and we were all exhausted.  After a good night sleep, we are up and ready to hit the road once again!
