So, this afternoon we pulled onto Glacier. After getting settled, we headed into the park. It was indescribable. We only did a short hike, about 3-4 miles, but we went past 2 waterfalls, and felt amazing cold water that was crystal clear. One of the best parts of the day was on one of the trails. There was a deer blocking the way. We couldn't contniue down; other people couldn't get out. The deer just looked at everyone and continued eating. It then began to approach us; I mean, he was about 3 feet fronm us and still coming! We backed up a little and then he just walked off into the woods. It really was cool. We can't wait to go back and check out more tomorrow since what we did was a tiny part of what is dtill out there...it is HUGE!
So, on another note....I know my descriptions are lacking and the real draw are the photos. Unfortunately, I still can't post any now (think it's the website). So I will continue tp try to post but jusy wanted to update everyone. (Also, can't get to email right now due to poor cpnnection..sorry to anyone we haven't responded to.)
